Our economy is based in a stable employment sector of primarily heath care, education and manufacturing. While the fluctuations of oil and gas are felt in small ripples in Lethbridge, they don’t devastate our economy like they do our sister cities to the North. This, combined with affordable housing prices and a strong rental market with low vacancy rates, makes Lethbridge a lucrative place to invest.

Property Management - My company (My Life Realty) has a property management division that currently manages 65+ residential investment properties. I work closely with the Lethbridge Property Manager to stay current with market trends, vacancy rates, rental rates and tenant preferences.
